Customers come first. We want to make sure you are satisfied with your DRUØN shoes. If for whatever reason you need to return or exchange your order don't worry! You have 30 days from the delivery date to do so, provided they are in unused and unworn condition.

Size exchanges are free! We'll cover all the costs so you don't have to worry about sizes when buying a DRUØN. If for some reason you need to size up or down we've got you.

Once we receive and verify that your returned shoes are unused, your new size will be on the way!

Quality comes first. We have a strong quality control in several steps of our production process. However, If you received a damaged or defective product, let us fix that for you. Contact our customer support within 7 days from delivery with the order number and the issue, and we’ll get you a replacement or refund for you at no additional cost!

While we ensure quality packaging, we are not responsible for courier-related damage. Please report any packaging issues directly to your courier.
